Recital Deadlines

Recital Fee: Due on Feb 15th
T-shirt Preorder Due: Due by April 15th
Program Dancer Dedication & Business Ads Due: May 1st
Flower Preorders Due: May 15th
Ticket Sales Open: Early Access: May 13th at 10am & General Admission: May 15th at 10am
Costume Delivery to Schools: May 4th – May 15th (Tuition must be paid in full to receive costume)

Dress Rehearsal

Dress rehearsal will take place earlier in the day before the show. Dancers are to arrive for dress rehearsal in his/her costume, in their ballet OR tap shoes, and hair done in a bun. Make-up is optional. Photos and video taping is PERMITTED during the dress rehearsal ONLY. Rehearsal consists of stage time and professional photography of individuals and class photos. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to rehearsal time for dancer check in, and rehearsal should last around 45 minutes to one hour. After rehearsal, you will exit the theatre and then return later in the afternoon for their scheduled recital show time. Most of our dance families leave for lunch and then return after for the recital show or you may wait in the lobby. The theatre will not be accessible after rehearsal is over as we are preparing for the show.

Dance Recital

Each class will perform a ballet or tap number. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your dancers show time for dancer check in. During the recital, flash photography and videotaping are NOT permitted. We will have a professional videographer on site to record each recital show that will be emailed to the email on file, 4-6 weeks after the event. The recital is optional please let us know by February 1st 2026 if your dancer will not be attending. As of March 1st, 2026 the recital fee will be non refundable. All recital information is sent through email,  please make sure to check regularly.
We will have 4 shows:
1pm, checking in at 12:45pm
2:30pm, checking in at 2:15pm
4pm, checking in at 3:45pm
5:30pm, checking in at 5:15pm

Below is your dancers rehearsal schedule and recital show time. Click on the drop down box and find your dancers school. Listed will be their rehearsal time that they are on stage and what genre of dance they are in. Please arrive in the theatre lobby 15 minutes prior to their on stage time for check in (allow 30 minutes to find parking and walking to theatre). Either ballet or tap shoes are required for the recital, please arrive in full costume for rehearsal with the correct dance shoes listed for your school. For the recital show, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your dancers recital show time for dancer check in/drop off. *Rehearsal & show times are subject to change, you will be notified if your class needs to move their times.
